I couldn’t recommend Rosie highly enough! From my first communication with her she has been very friendly and helpful. I needed a colour correction which I didn't believe could be fixed but Rosie worked her magic and I now have a beautiful natural balayage! I needed a whole new look and got exactly want I wanted and so much more. My hair was damaged and broken and I needed to hide the broken bits underneath from lock down. I went for a consultation and we went through what I had in mind. The day of my appointment I went in feeling super excited. I can honestly say it turned out so much better then what I had in mind. It looks so much more healthier and natural. You would never had thought it was dyed. Thank you so much for helping me get my confidence back. I highly recommend this salon, They really know what they are doing.

So pleased I found Rosie just over a year ago. I hadn't dyed my hair for over 20 years as liked my my natural light brown colour, but the greys were starting to get more noticeable sneaking through my side fringe parting, having plucked a few visible ones over the years I was getting to the point of having a grey patches. I went to my then hairdresser who suggested a Demi colour as I didn't want to go lighter than my natural light brown. The first dye was ok, it covered the greys, was a little darker than I expected but got use to it. However as soon as that grew out and the only offer was to do the same again it was far too dark for my colouring, my natural colour just wasn't there anymore and as soon as it started to grow my hair had this orange/brassy tinge it to it! I found it really confusing because you see all these pictures of hairdressers doing beautiful balayage which takes time to colour & tone, but it seems that no one would spend the time to offer a solution to cover greys! Even tho Rosie explains it all, it still feels quite daunting probably more so because of being nervous from previous experiences! Rosie spends the time to listen, wants photos to fill understand what you want. The transformation approach is great as you can work through to find what works fit you, Just booked second maintenance appointment after Christmas, will have be 6 months since my 1st maintenance and a year since finish my transformation, it could probably go longer as greys only just really starting to be noticeable but didn't it want it to go too far. Recognise it's not cheap so might not be everybody's budget but I'm so relieved that I shouldn't have to grow older with orangey tint of brown dye on grey hair as I do go greyer over the next few years.... it amazing how much more aware you become of others poorly dyed hair!! Highly recommend Rosie and looking forward to my next appointment in January.

Rosie is basically a colour genius. And also lovely to hang out with. Her services aren't cheap but they are worth every penny. It's worth the investment to not be ever thinking about my hair, worrying about roots, planning when I've got time to dye it, fannying around with a colour stick. I go to her salon and then don't think about my hair for months. She has given me freedom.
